Sarah Miller, MD, a third-year psychiatry resident at Temple University Hospital, spoke with the Philadelphia Inquirer for an article about student wellness efforts at the city’s medical schools. Dr. Miller leads a course on art appreciation and mindfulness at the Lewis Katz School of Medicine at Temple University in coordination with the Philadelphia Museum of Art. She has presented on how the course has helped students measure their mindfulness and address burnout and exhaustion.
