Longtime Temple Health employees remember our annual Employee Appreciation BBQs, when we fired up the grill and treated our team members to food and fun to thank them for their hard work. While we had to put the tradition on hold during the pandemic, we brought it back this year—to great excitement, and with an all-new Block Party theme!

Celebrations were held on each of our campuses, featuring delicious BBQ, ice cream, face painting, DJs, karaoke, fun and games, and a Phillies ticket giveaway. Employees were encouraged to wear their favorite sports team gear to show their Philly pride, and they more than delivered, representing the Eagles, Phillies, Sixers, and Flyers!
