Infection Control Manager Daniel Popkin was recently honored with TUH-Main Campus’ Service Excellence Award for playing an integral role in key projects, consistently exceeding performance expectations, and building productive relationships with everyone around him. “Dan joined our team nearly three years ago, and has consistently gone above and beyond to help drive our initiatives. He has been an integral part of our group, which has helped us become increasingly effective over a span of 12 months. He has been a great help with our Employee Flu Vaccination Campaign by organizing a Central Line Associated Bloodstream Infection Reduction Group and designing interventions to reduce patient harm. He also has an awesome rapport with his colleagues and embodies the pillars of ‘Best Experience,’ ‘Best People,’ and ‘Best Finance!’
