The Lewis Katz School of Medicine at Temple University held its annual White Coat Ceremony on August 5th, presenting the medical students in the Class of 2026 with the white coats that symbolize clinical medicine and the physician’s professional ethics. After they were coated, each member of the Katz School of Medicine Class of 2026 also received a point-of-care ultrasound (POCUS) device and Temple-branded stethoscope.
