Students in the Class of 2022 at the Lewis Katz School of Medicine at Temple University earned their Doctor of Medicine, Doctor of Philosophy, Master of Science and/or Master of Arts degrees at the school’s 120th Commencement on May 6. The ceremony featured remarks from Interim Dean Amy J. Goldberg, MD, FACS; Admiral Rachel Levine, MD, served as keynote speaker; and Melanie A. Cosby, PhD, Director of Diversity and Inclusion and Assistant Professor in the Center for Urban Bioethics at the Katz School of Medicine, was the yearbook dedicatee. The celebration also included songs from the Katz School of Medicine a capella group TachyChordia and remarks from two student leaders. 6ABC and NBC10 highlighted the event.
