Amy J. Goldberg, MD, FACSChair and Professor of Surgery at the Lewis Katz School of Medicine at Temple University, Surgeon-in-Chief of Temple University Health System and Director of the General Surgery Residency Program at Temple University Hospital, appeared on CNN to discuss gun violence as a public health issue and the “This is our lane” movement. Dr. Goldberg described the devastation of gunshot injuries, as well as the work that Temple University Hospital, including Trauma Outreach Coordinator Scott Charles, is doing to reduce gun violence. Dr. Goldberg also joined the “Mark and Denise in the Mornings” show on WWDB-AM to talk about “This is our lane.”
