Dr. Grace Ma Joins KYW Newsradio to Discuss Her Work at Temple’s Center for Asian Health as Part of the Station’s Asian Americans Making a Difference Series

Grace X. Ma, PhD, Associate Dean of Health Disparities, Director of the Center for Asian Health, Laura H. Carnell Professor and Professor of Clinical Sciences at the Lewis Katz School of Medicine at Temple University and Primary Member of Fox Chase Cancer Center at Temple Health, joined KYW Newsradio’s Denise Nakano to discuss her work at Temple’s Center for Asian Health. Dr. Ma and her colleagues at the Center partner with neighborhood groups to combat health disparities in Asian-American, African-American and Hispanic-American communities and help educate current and future generations of health care professionals. The segment is part of the station’s Asian Americans Making a Difference series in honor of Asian Pacific American Heritage Month.
