Beros, MD, Assistant Professor of Thoracic Medicine and Surgery at the Lewis Katz School of Medicine at Temple University, offered Reuters Health expert analysis of a new study that showed that antibiotics are overprescribed for chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, and particularly for mild-to-moderate disease.
