Leah Croll, MD, Assistant Professor of Clinical Neurology at the Lewis Katz School of Medicine at Temple University, provided perspective to ABC News about a new study published in JAMA Neurology which found that pet ownership was associated with slower rates of decline in cognitive skills in older adults living alone. Dr. Croll was not associated with the study.
