Blum, MD, MS, Professor of Clinical Medicine at the Lewis Katz School of Medicine at Temple University, provided perspective to HealthCentral on a recent study published in the Journal of Rheumatology which found people with psoriatic arthritis (PsA) or ankylosing spondylitis who live in rural areas are more likely to head to an emergency room for symptoms related to their condition than those in more populated areas.
