Paul Forfia, MD, Co-Director of Pulmonary Hypertension, Right Heart Failure and Chronic Thromboembolic Pulmonary Hypertension (CTEPH) at Temple University Hospital and Professor of Medicine at the Lewis Katz School of Medicine at Temple University, provided perspective for a Medscape article on a cross-sectional study published in CHEST on the clinical correlates of vasculopathy in patients with a diagnosis of idiopathic pulmonary arterial hypertension (IPAH). Dr. Forfia was not involved in the study.
