Goodfriend Chair in Cardiovascular Research, Director and Professor in the Cardiovascular Research Center and Professor of Cardiovascular Sciences and Medicine at the Lewis Katz School of Medicine at Temple University, for its 5 Questions feature. Dr. Houser was recently selected as the 2021 recipient of the Gold Heart Award – the American Heart Association’s highest volunteer honor – for his 35+ years of service to the AHA.
