Dr. Van Hellerslia Joins KYW Newsradio In Depth Podcast to Discuss Project Which Aims to Equip, Empower Vietnamese-Speaking Pharmacists to Establish Community-Based Stroke Education

Van Hellerslia, PharmD, BCPS, Assistant Professor at the Lewis Katz School of Medicine at Temple University and Clinical Pharmacist for the Multiple Sclerosis Program at Temple University Hospital, joined the KYW Newsradio In Depth podcast to discuss Viet-Capacity, which aims to equip and empower Vietnamese-speaking pharmacists to establish community-based stroke education that is both linguistically and culturally tailored. Dr. Hellerslia and two of her colleagues were awarded a $231,000 Independent Medical Education grant sponsored by Genentech for the project. Other members involved in the project include:
