The ENT Today article “Advances in Head and Neck Skin Cancer Treatment” featured Cecelia E. Schmalbach, MD, MSc, FACS, The David Myers, MD Professor and Chair of the Department of Otolaryngology – Head & Neck Surgery at the Lewis Katz School of Medicine at Temple University and Director of the Temple Head & Neck Institute, and her work on melanoma sentinel lymph node biopsy. Along with colleague Carol Bradford, MD, MS, Executive Vice Dean for Academic Affairs and Professor in the Department of Otolaryngology – Head and Neck Surgery at the University of Michigan Medical School in Ann Arbor, Dr. Schmalbach has lectured and trained thousands of otolaryngologists in the procedure.
