HAPOnline highlighted Temple Health launching the Temple Health Nursing Scholars Program, an initiative to transform registered nurse (RN) and certified registered nurse anesthetist (CRNA) recruitment that can allow participants to finish their nursing program with minimal debt and a job already lined up. The program launched at Temple Health in August. Students applying to or enrolled in a participating RN or CRNA program will be eligible for up to $40,000 of loan sponsorship if they commit to working for Temple Health upon graduation. HAPOnline included comments from Chaudron Carter Short, PhD, EdD, RN, NEA-BC, Executive Vice President and Chief Nurse Executive of Temple Health, about the program.
