Amy J. Goldberg, MD, FACS, Interim Dean and George S. Peters, MD and Louise C. Peters Chair and Professor of Surgery at the Lewis Katz School of Medicine at Temple University and Surgeon-in-Chief and Senior Vice President of Perioperative Services at Temple University Health System, and Scott Charles, Trauma Outreach Manager at Temple University Hospital, are featured in the film GSW – Gun Shot Wound. The film, which premiered on December 8th, examines gun violence through the eyes of the United States’ leading trauma surgeons and explores how health care providers are working to combat gun violence through hospital-based violence intervention programs.
