Lewis Katz School of Medicine’s Hope Center for College, Community and Justice Introduces New Policy and Advocacy Team

The Hope Center for College, Community and Justice at the Lewis Katz School of Medicine at Temple University introduced a new policy and advocacy team on December 2nd. The four new team members will start in January 2022 and include: Atif Qarni, Managing Director for External Affairs; Bryce McKibben, Senior Director of Policy and Advocacy; Amy Ellen Duke-Benfield, Senior Director of Policy and Advocacy; and Mark Huelsman, Director of Policy and Advocacy. Sara Goldrick-Rab, PhD, Professor of Sociology and Medicine at Temple University, is the President and Founder of the Hope Center. Media coverage was featured in WTOP, InsideNoVa, CBS19 and Patch.com.
