Media Outlets Highlight Lewis Katz School of Medicine’s Annual ‘Match Day’

The Lewis Katz School of Medicine at Temple University held its annual “Match Day” for graduating medical students on March 21st. At this event, students – many accompanied by family and friends – learned where they will be spending their next few years of residency training. This year, the Katz School of Medicine celebrated Match Day on both its North Philadelphia and Temple/St. Luke’s School of Medicine Campus in Bethlehem. NBC10 provided coverage of the event and included the countdown from Amy J. Goldberg, MD, FACS, the Marjorie Joy Katz Dean of the Katz School of Medicine. Students Taj Singh, Kelly Riccio, Hannah Kahn, Logan Hellinger, Sierra Camburn and Shaden Eldakar-Hein, MD, MS, Senior Associate Dean at the Katz School of Medicine/St. Luke’s University Health Network, were interviewed by publications including LehighValleyNews.com, the Morning Call and the Valley Ledger.
