Temple University’s Board of Trustees has formally approved an agreement that the university’s Lewis Katz School of Medicine has made with WellSpan Health to open a new regional campus for Temple’s medical school in York County. This will be the second regional campus for the Katz School of Medicine, as the school also enrolls students at the St. Luke’s University Health Network campus in Bethlehem. Becker’s Hospital Review, the York Daily Record, the York Dispatch and ABC27 covered the news. The Hanover Evening Sun picked up the York Daily Record article, while Yahoo! News picked up the ABC27 coverage.
