Project HOME unveiled the Estadt-Lubert Collaborative for Housing and Recovery – a groundbreaking collaborative changing the way the opioid epidemic is addressed for individuals experiencing homelessness – on May 31st. A $25 million gift from Pam Estadt and Ira Lubert will be leveraged to reduce inefficiencies and greatly enhance the care of people through a comprehensive approach focused on integrated health care, permanent supportive housing, and employment and social wellness. The collaborative is led and organized by Project HOME and will launch with three hospital partners – Temple Health, Jefferson Health and Penn Medicine.
