A new city-operated rehabilitation facility for people in recovery from substance use disorder will begin accepting patients this month in Northeast Philadelphia. On January 8th, Mayor Cherelle Parker unveiled the Riverview Wellness Village, which will have 340 treatment beds, communal living spaces, kitchens and a central meeting house in its initial phase.
