Moody’s Investors Service recently upgraded Temple University Health System’s revenue bond rating to “Baa3” from “Ba1” and revised its outlook for the health system to positive from stable. The Philadelphia Business Journal noted that Fitch Ratings also recently upgraded Temple’s credit rating, from "BB+" to an investment grade "BBB."
