As part of its “2021 in Review,” the Philadelphia Business Journal highlighted Temple University Health System’s announcement that the new campus it acquired in June at 1331 East Wyoming Avenue in Philadelphia will become a hospital for women’s health. The campus will offer a myriad of services focused on women’s health needs, key among which is maternity care. In addition to OB/GYN, the new campus will offer specialty care for women to be finalized over the next several months, including interventional radiology, general surgery, breast surgery, urology, internal medicine, cardiology, endocrinology and behavioral health. Comments from Michael A. Young, MHA, FACHE, President and CEO of Temple University Health System and Temple University Hospital, were included in the Philadelphia Business Journal coverage.
