Philadelphia Inquirer Reports on Decisions to Withdraw from U.S. News & World Report’s Annual Rankings of Best Medical Schools

The Philadelphia Inquirer reported on the recent decisions by several schools to withdraw from the U.S. News & World Report annual rankings of the best medical schools. The Inquirer report mentioned that the Lewis Katz School of Medicine at Temple University would continue to participate in the rankings at this time. In a statement released to the Inquirer, the Katz School of Medicine said, “At this time, the Lewis Katz School of Medicine at Temple University has not made a decision to withdraw from the rankings but has been watching closely the medical schools and other professional schools that have decided to no longer participate.”
