Philadelphia Inquirer’s ‘UpSide’ Section Profiles Dr. Eric Gokcen and His Volunteer Work in Africa

The Philadelphia Inquirer profiled Eric C. Gokcen, MD, Associate Professor of Orthopaedic Surgery & Sports Medicine at the Lewis Katz School of Medicine at Temple University and Director of its Global Orthopaedic Surgery Program, in its “UpSide” section. The publication also interviewed Joshua Luginbuhl, MD, an orthopaedic resident at Temple. Dr. Gokcen was recently recognized with the Pennsylvania Medical Society’s Physician Award for International Voluntary Service for his work in Kenya and Ethiopia.
