Temple University Health System Completes Transaction for Jefferson Health to Acquire Temple’s Ownership Shares of HealthPartners Plan

Temple University Health System has completed a transaction for Jefferson Health to acquire Temple’s ownership shares of HealthPartners Plan (HPP) – a nonprofit health maintenance organization that offers Medicaid, Medicare and Children’s Health Insurance Program plans. Temple will remain a participant in the HPP network.
