Young, MHA, FACHE, President and CEO of Temple University Health System and Temple University Hospital, about recent additions to health system senior management, including Nicholas J. Barcellona, MBA, Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, and Deborah Cancilla, Executive Vice President for Data Strategy and Chief Information Officer. Young noted that the Health System has added 38 people to leadership positions over the past year. Of that group, 50% are people of color and 71% are female.
