Scott Charles, MAPP, FCPP, Trauma Outreach Manager for Temple University Hospital, was featured in a Philadelphia Inquirer article about the Every Murder Is Real (EMIR) Healing Center’s annual Philadelphia Day of Hope on September 21st, held in Martin Luther King Jr. High School’s parking lot. Scott was on hand to give away free gun locks and to spread the word about a new program that provides free gun cases.
