Temple University Hospital’s Office of Patient Experience hosted its first-ever “Happy Holidogs” event, with a special guest appearance by Santa and pups from three Philadelphia shelters – ACCT Philly, PAWS, and the PSPCA – in attendance and available for adoption. Members of the public, patients, and Temple staff were able to meet the dogs as well as the Temple Police K-9 Unit. Cassandra Cuesta, MHA, CPXP, Senior Manager of Patient Experience at Temple University Hospital, was interviewed by FOX29, and 6ABC, NBC10, and the Philadelphia Inquirer provided coverage as well.
