The Philadelphia Inquirer featured Chaudron Carter Short, PhD, EdD, RN, NEA-BC in a Q&A article that explored some of the biggest challenges in nursing today, a lack of diversity in nursing and how the nursing curriculum can be changed to address implicit bias, and other topics. Dr. Carter Short was recently appointed Chair of the Department of Nursing and Professor of Nursing in the College of Public Health at Temple University and Senior Vice President and Associate Chief Nursing Officer for Temple Health.
