VICE Features Dr. Maura Sammon and Residents Alex McGinley and Caroline Kaigh in Documentary Video about Refugee Camp along U.S.-Mexico Border

Maura Sammon, MD, Assistant Professor of Clinical Emergency Medicine at the Lewis Katz School of Medicine at Temple University, has been volunteering with the nonprofit organization Global Response Management (GRM) to provide medical care at Matamoros, the largest refugee camp along the United States-Mexico border. Dr. Sammon, who has been named the Medical Director for GRM, and residents Alex McGinley, MD, and Caroline Kaigh, MD, were interviewed by VICE as part of a documentary video on the topic.
