Jeanes Hospital was recognized as a top-performing institution by Healthgrades, an online resource for comprehensive information about physicians and hospitals.
The annual report on hospital performance by Healthgrades noted 20 hospitals in the Philadelphia region as top performers in coronary artery bypass graft and pacemaker procedures. And was one of only two to achieve the highest rating these categories.
The Healthgrades report evaluates data on rates of complication and mortality from nearly 4,500 short-term and acute care hospitals nationwide for a three-year period. More details about this report are available through Healthgrades.
