Quality Week is just beginning—and for our second day, we’re excited to feature the standout Performance Excellence team at TUH-Episcopal and Northeastern Campuses! This group, which is led by Francesca Bauder, Director of Performance Excellence, works hard to educate employees on quality improvement and is laser-focused on minimizing risk.
“Quality is the essence of how we conduct and deliver patient care,” says Bauder. “Our focus on the environment of care, education, and training of employees, and our constant commitment to identifying, mitigating, and reducing risk helps to ensure our patients receive quality services when they need them most.”
This emphasis is at the heart of Episcopal and Northeastern’s many initiatives to deliver even more impactful care. “By highlighting areas of focus in performance improvement, we can help support our campuses’ growth and advancement in patient-centered care,” Bauder says. “With our ability to help guide and facilitate discussions on the need for process evolution, we have a part to play in impacting the care patients receive, making our work in quality both valuable and rewarding each and every day.”
