What makes a night at the ballpark even more exciting? Teaming up with the Phillies (and some of their most legendary players) to highlight the transformative work happening at Temple Women & Families Campus.
That’s why, on September 13th, Temple Health hosted a Baby Shower during the Phillies’ home game against the Mets at Citizens Bank Park. Team members were on site to engage with fans and raise funds to help provide essential items like sleep sacks, travel bassinets, pack ‘n plays, and car seats to families welcoming new babies.
Former Phillies stars Gary “Sarge” Matthews and Dickie Noles also stopped by our booth to support our work and snap some great photos with Temple Health staff and Phillies fans. They also showed off the new Phillies-branded onesies that all babies born at Temple hospitals will now receive, and that Ryan Howard recently gave out on his tour of TUH-Main Campus!
