View All News

On June 6, Temple Health’s Office of Graduate Medical Education held its 2024 Graduation Celebration for Residents and Fellows. The event was a chance to recognize the exceptional physicians who have completed their medical training at Temple, and who have provided such extraordinary care to our patients.

Amy Goldberg, MD, FACS, The Marjorie Joy Katz Dean of the Lewis Katz School of Medicine at Temple University, Carl A. Sirio, MD, Executive Vice President and Chief Medical Officer for Temple Health, and Susan Coull, MBA, Vice President for Medical Education at Temple University Hospital and Assistant Dean for Graduate Medical Education at the Lewis Katz School of Medicine, delivered remarks to attendees. In their speeches, they thanked our graduating Residents and Fellows for their hard work and dedication, and recounted how their time at Temple would prepare them to make significant contributions to the world of healthcare.

Graduates also had the chance to take photos with their teammates, see the thank-you messages that had been posted for them on our Kudoboard, and enjoy a buffet meal. In addition, they received a special gift of a Temple Health laptop sleeve from the Office of Graduate Medical Education.

We want to thank all of our graduating Residents and Fellows for being such outstanding team members during their time with us at Temple. As they step into this new chapter, we know they will take their experiences at Temple Health with them to advance patient care, innovate in research, and lead the way in medical excellence.
