Nurses and Hospital Week is a time for us to recognize the Temple Health staff whose hard work makes a difference in the lives of our patients, their families, and our community. This year, we celebrated from May 5-10, holding a series of exciting events across all of our campuses.
Those included visits from Mister Softee ice cream trucks, Philly soft pretzel deliveries, therapy dogs rounding through our units, chair massages, pizza parties, Temple-branded cupcake and chocolate bar handouts, and award presentations. We also celebrated Nurses Night at the Phillies at Citizens Bank Park, with one of our Temple nurses throwing out the first pitch!
We’re so grateful to everyone who made the week’s events possible, and to our Temple Health team, for their incredible dedication and commitment to providing the highest-quality care.
