America’s 250 Best Hospitals are in the top 5% of hospitals nationwide for overall clinical performance.

Healthgrades has once again named Temple University Hospital – including its Main, Jeanes, Episcopal and Northeastern campuses – as one of America’s 250 Best Hospitals for 2025. America’s 250 Best Hospitals are in the top 5% of hospitals nationwide for overall clinical performance. This is the third year in a row Temple University Hospital (TUH) has earned this honor (2023-2025).

This latest recognition for TUH follows others from Healthgrades, including the America’s 100 Best Hospitals for Cardiac Care Award™ (2025, 2024, 2023); the Pulmonary Care Excellence Award™ (2025, 2024); and the Cardiac Surgery Excellence Award™ (2024).

“The Temple Health team provides exceptional care to our patients and community members, and it is an honor for a third-party reviewer like Healthgrades to recognize our team’s talent and what sets us apart regionally and nationally,” said Abhinav Rastogi, MBA, MIS, President and CEO of TUH and Executive Vice President of Temple Health.

Healthgrades, a national healthcare data company, evaluated risk-adjusted mortality and complication rates for more than 30 conditions and procedures at approximately 4,500 hospitals nationwide.
