Elizabeth J. Craig, DNP, CRNP, FACHE, Chief Nurse Executive and Vice President at Temple University Hospital (TUH), and Elizabeth Menschner, RN, MAS, MSN, NEA-BC, Associate Chief Nurse Officer at TUH, both have been named to this year’s "60+ Hospital and Health System CNOs to Know" by Becker’s Hospital Review. The list features chief nursing executives and chief nurse officers who play a crucial role in a hospital or health systems’ success. Many of the top nursing executives oversee large teams of nurses to ensure quality of care and patient experience.
Craig has been serving as Chief Nursing Executive and VP at TUH since 2011. She earned a Bachelor of Science in Nursing at Villanova University, a Master of Science in Nursing at the University of Pennsylvania, and a Doctor of Nursing Practice at Thomas Jefferson University.
Menschner joined Temple in 2008 as Director of Nursing and became Associate Chief Nurse Officer of clinical operations in 2015. She earned a Bachelor of Science in Nursing at Gwynedd Mercy College in Gwynedd Valley, PA, and a Master of Science in Nursing at the University of Phoenix in Phoenix, Arizona.
