Temple Faculty Physicians is excited to introduce our TFP C.A.R.E.S. (Category Exemplified in Action: Compassion, Advocacy, Respect, Excellence, and Service) Award, recognizing the outstanding contributions of our clinical and administrative staff. This award was established to encourage a culture of appreciation, in which we celebrate the work our exceptional team members do each day to uphold our values of compassion, advocacy, respect, excellence, and service. These actions not only enhance patient care, but also strengthen our teamwork and increase morale across our workplace.
We are proud to announce the first recipients of this prestigious award: Richard “Rich” Hernandez, Receptionist/Scheduler from the Department of Otolaryngology, and Shaquanna Jordan, Medical Assistant from the TFP MA Float Pool. Richard and Shaquanna were nominated by their peers and endorsed by TFP leadership, and earned the January 2025 TFP C.A.R.E.S. Award for their outstanding contributions.
