Honoring Decades of Dedication with Our Years of Service Recognition Ceremonies

In an era when job-hopping seems increasingly common, we’re proud to have so many of our employees choose to devote decades of their career to Temple Health. Our team members stay for a variety of reasons: to build and grow in their careers; to enrich the lives of our patients; to make a real difference in our community; and to be a vital member of the Temple family and our supportive workplace culture.

Our longtime Temple team members are what make this such a special place, which is why we wanted to take the time to honor them at our annual Years of Service Recognition Ceremonies. We held events across our campuses for employees reaching special milestones—25, 30, 35, 40, 45, and even 50 years with Temple Health—to celebrate their meaningful contributions, and to thank them for being part of our Health System.
