- Define the role of thiol-disulfide reactions and platelet protein disulfide isomerases in integrin activation and platelet function
- Characterize a transmembrane electron transport system on the platelet surface that reduces disulfide bonds in platelet surface proteins
- Characterize oxidative modifications of thiols in conditions associated with oxidative stress
