Additional Information
Improving the health-related quality of life is my goal when dealing with patients. It starts with them having a pleasant experience in my clinic, by accommodating their medical needs to the best of my ability, and ends by having a comprehensive evaluation of their illnesses in order to take care of them holistically and not just by prescribing a pill or an inhaler for a specific disease. While some diseases may be specific to one organ in our body and may be addressed simplistically with a drug, but due to the complexities of our bodies and having multiple concurrent diseases, especially with aging, there is tremendous interaction between the various organs/diseases that need to be addressed in order to have a positive impact on the general health of the patient; that’s my specialty.
