Financial Assistance & Charity Care

Temple University Hospital provides free or reduced-priced care to persons who qualify, as well as assistance in applying for and obtaining government funded insurance programs and ACA Marketplace Plans.

If you are uninsured and/or cannot afford the cost of your care, you are encouraged to contact or visit one of our Financial Services Departments listed below where our Financial Counselors will be happy to supply you with information, applications, and assistance.

Temple University Hospital – Main Campus

The Financial Services Department is located in Rock Pavilion (Zone A – Office A-015) of the hospital's Main Campus. The telephone number is 215-707-7608. Financial Counselors are available 7 days a week, 365 days a year.

Temple University Hospital – Episcopal Campus

The Financial Services Department is located on the 3rd floor of the Medical Office Building, adjacent to the Main Lobby. The telephone number is 215-707-0949. Financial Counselors are available Monday-Friday from 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
