This free monthly support group is for members to share their lung transplant journey and learn more about lung disease and the lung transplant process. This group is open to all individuals, regardless of where they receive their care, following an eligibility determination. Family members are also encouraged to attend.
We are currently offering this support group virtually, on the 4th Tuesday of every month.
