Cystometry

Electromyography

Electromyography (EMG) is a diagnostic test that employs sensors to measure the electrical activity of muscles and nerves in the pelvic floor, providing valuable insights into the function of these structures. Uroflowmetry

Patients are asked to urinate into a specialized machine resembling an electronic toilet, which automatically records and graphs the amount and speed of urine flow.

Video urodynamic tests

Video urodynamics is a comprehensive diagnostic test that combines cystometry, uroflowmetry, and X-ray cystography to assess bladder and urethral function. Using digital equipment, this test measures urine flow and pressure in the bladder and rectum, providing real-time images during filling and emptying to evaluate the size, shape, and functionality of the bladder.
